Saint Yves lived in the thirteenth century in Côtes-d'Armor. After studying theology and law, he became an ecclesiastical judge in Rennes before being crowned priest in Louannec. A strong advocate of the poor, peasants and seniors, he was quickly dubbed the "advocate of the poor". He founded a hospice and an orphanage with his own money. He died on May 19, 1303.

His character :

Erwen recognizes his intransigence and his sense of justice. Proudly defending the weak, he embodies a protective elder. Refusing the half measure, he goes to the end of his businesses and gives himself the means to succeed. Dynamic, he is voluntary and possesses a morale of steel, nothing has reason of his good will and his determination. Spontaneous, Erwen is a leader born from his earliest childhood.

Erven, Erwan, Erwann and Yves.

His party :

Erwen is celebrated on May 19th.
