From 6 months, a delicious little mousse with orange juice. A delight!
Ingredients:
- 1 quarter of banana
- 1 quarter of organic apple
- 3 c. orange juice
Preparation:
Peel the apple quarter by removing the hard heart. Cut into pieces.
Drop them as you go through the mixer bowl.
Peel the banana, cut it into cubes, add it to the apple with the orange juice.
Mix until light foam.
Serve immediately so you do not lose any vitamins included in this raw dessert.
